OnePlus 13 has been creating a lot of buzz in the global market for a long time now. In a recent update, it has been confirmed that the smartphone will make a debut in the market by Early 2025. And to the delight of OnePlus enthusiasts, the microsite for the device is already live on Amazon now. However, the exact release date of the smartphone has not been confirmed by OnePlus.
Coming to the microsite, it has a OnePlus 13 with the ‘coming soon’ tag. The microsite shows the device’s three different color options: Arctic Dawn, Midnight Ocean, and Black Eclipse. The Chinese variant of the smartphone ships with the ColorOS 15 skin on top.
Nonetheless, the global variant will bring the OxygenOS 15 skin based on the Android 15 operating system. That’s not it, the Amazon listing has also revealed a few OS features that we will get to see in the global variant of the smartphone. Moving forward in the article, we will talk about the mentioned features along with the specifications of the phone based on the Chinese variant.
OnePlus OxygenOS 15 features in the OnePlus 13
Oxygen OS will bring a plethora of AI features to the upcoming flagship OnePlus 13. Some of the important features AI Details Boost, AI Reflection Eraser, AI Notes, and a lot more. Starting with AI Details Boost, it will keep the details of a photograph safe when zoomed. AI Reflection Eraser will make all the reflection in a photograph vanish. The AI Unblur feature will remove the blur portrait shots.
Furthermore, the device will also come with Theft Protection feature that will protect the data of the users in case the device gets lost of stolen. The feature also locks the screen if it detects that someone else has taken the phone and running away. The offline device lock will lock the screen shortly after the smartphone goes offline in order to keep the data safe.
As for the specifications of the phone, it will be similar to the Chinese variant. The smartphone will ship with a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. It will also have 4500 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage in the base variant.
In terms of optics, we will get to see a triple rear camera setup. It will include a 50MP wide angle shooter with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), 50MP periscope telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra wide angle shooter. To capture selfies and attend video calls, the device will sport a 32MP selfie sensor. It will pack a 6000mAh battery along with 100W fast charging support.
