iQOO is tightening its belt to drop the flagship iQOO 13 in the Indian market. Amidst all this, the rumors related to iQOO Neo 10R have started doing the rounds of internet. In a recent development, reliable tipster Abhishek Yadav has revealed the RAM and storage details of the device on X.com (formerly Twitter).
According to the details shared by him, the smartphone will ship with three variants based on storage and RAM including, 12GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. Considering the history of iQOO until now, the brand has not released any variant with the ‘R’ suffix and this is going to happen for the first time.
Speculations are that the device is going to be nothing but the base variant from the iQOO Neo 10 series that recently made a debut in the Chinese market. And this has happened in the past also, because last year, iQOO launched the Neo 9 Pro in India which is a revamped Neo 9 base variant from China.
Nonetheless, a wild take on the same is that the iQOO Neo 10R could be an entirely different device due to the addition of a new suffix could be the mark of new phones in the Neo line-up. Still, we cannot say anything with complete certainty until iQOO makes an announcement.
What will we get to see in the iQOO Neo 10R?
Now, if the iQOO Neo 10R is going to be a replica of the iQOO Neo 10 Chinese variant then we already know what the device is going to offer. First things first, it will ship with a 6.87-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED curved display along with a whopping 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor paired with iQOO Q2 processor for enhanced gaming performance.
The device will rock a dual rear camera setup including a 50MP Sony IMX921 ultra wide-angle sensor and an 8MP ultra wide angle sensor. To make sure you get the best selfies, the phone will sport a 16MP front snapper as well. It will house a 6,100mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The smartphone is priced in China at CNY 3,199. We can expect it to reach the Indian shores at a price point near Rs 38,000 to Rs 40,000.
